Perlita is a self-initiated mock up brand concept for a sugar-free, vanilla-flavored sparkling soda with a Miami-meets-Latin-America sensibility, inspired from my background as a Latin-American student pursuing her degree in the United States. The identity is built around a custom lettered wordmark and a set of botanical illustrations that nod to the brand name and its flavor profile.

The intended audience for Perlita is young, health-conscious consumers, especially within Latin American communities, who want the ritual and flavor of a treat-like soda without the sugar, and who respond to branding that feels personal and culturally warm rather than purely functional.
